Positive: Self checkout is great. Perfect location for skiing at Heavenly, closed to South Lake Tahoe.
Negative: The beds were very firm, so not good for a long stay. Lots of spiderwebs in bedroom and stairway. The gas fireplace is barely usable since you have to follow a 15 min youtube video of a different model to turn on gas, and turn it on manually, seems unsafe. The hot tub is 15 min away by walk so not very accessible.
