Our goal is to create a perfect warm experience for your family. Our home is your home. Grocery stores just down the street. Walmart & Target 10 minutes from house. So convenient to everything and SO peaceful with the beach just down the street...take a left out of private enclave of 8 homes on a cul-de-sac.
Stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath 3-story home less than a mile from the uncrowded State Park beaches and public beaches! Home complete with all new furnishings! Private small community pool of just 25 homes just 150-feet from front porch. Vacation to Perdido Key, Florida, and stay at our exclusive private Arborgate community. This four bedroom vacation home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico inland bay and has two private balconies for you enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Accommodating up to 12 very comfortably, this is a great choice for a family trip or multi-family trip to the beach. Private master suite on the entire second floor of home. Relax along the shoreline basking in the warm summer sun with your toes in the sand. During beach season, beach chair service can be set up for you for a fee. Enjoy the fully equipped chefs kitchen for preparing meals on those nights that you choose to stay in, washer/dryer laundry room. Choose this four bedroom home for your next trip to Perdido Key. The 3 main bedrooms each have a private full bathroom. We also have a queen sleeper sofa and two new queen size blow up mattresses to accommodate 4 additional sleepers if needed.
