5 Bedroom Place in Moorang

Welcome to Arygle homestead. Located in the beautiful scenic rim with elevated views across Cunningham's Gap. This 5 bedroom two bathroom homestead will be your home away from home. Features include an indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit with 6 chairs, pool (we heat the pool to take off the chill, in warmer months it’s heated to around 28-30 degrees pending weather. It’s turned off from June to September as it’s too cool and not worth it due to being down to single digits) We also have a gym & media room and a variety of outdoor dining and lounging spaces. All privately set on 96 acres with walking/hiking and 4wd tracks throughout the property. For your extended family please also see our neighbouring property "Stay in Springfield".
Note: due to recent rain events there are some patches along Rosevale Rd that are under repair.
Further Note: Telstra phone service works 100%. Starlink Wifi available but you will have limited reception with Optus & Vodaphone.
Pets are now by prior approval only. Please send enquiry before booking. We supply firewood and most basics. This includes Nespresso pod coffee, selection of teas, sugar, milo and a couple of treats. We also have salt, pepper, oil, tomato and bbq sauce, paper towel, toilet paper, foil and cling wrap. In the bathrooms we have body wash, shampoo & conditioner. If you plan to bring motorbikes / 4 wheelers you need to seek approval prior from us and will be required to sign an indemnity. From June to August we have had to apply an additional fee (noted as heating) this is for firewood as the cost to source, deliver and supply firewood through these months is substantial.
