Negative: We stayed in your apartment in Gdansk from Friday to Monday. On Saturday evening at 21:50, the electricity in the apartment was deliberately turned off without any prior warning. We were not having a party. We were playing cards and watching TV. While the TV volume may have been slightly loud, quiet hours were clearly stated as 22:00–06:00, and this occurred before 22:00. We fully intended to respect the quiet hours. Turning off the electricity — leaving 10 guests without light, heating, or the ability to charge our phones — was completely unacceptable and disproportionate. It became cold, and we were told that nobody could come until the following morning. After sending multiple messages, someone came after approximately one hour. This treatment felt highly unprofessional and unreasonable. Additionally, the apartment was not properly prepared: • Insufficient toilet paper and towels for 10 guests for a full weekend stay • Excessive snow on the balconies, which was one of the reasons we booked the property Due to the power outage and the lack of proper accommodation standards, we expect reasonable compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.
