4 Bedroom House in Montignac-le-Coq

House 4 bedrooms in the south of Charente. The house includes a large kitchen and dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need: American fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates and all small appliances.
On the ground floor there is a hall with a shower room and toilet, a bedroom with its bathroom. A laundry with washing machine and dryer is downstairs too. . A large living room with a TV completes the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room. One of the rooms being very big.
The house can accommodate 9 people and a baby and could be suitable for two families who would like to spend holidays together.
Outside the car park can accommodate 2 cars. There is a large terrace and a place sheltered from the sun to eat. The pool is 12x5 m with a flat bottom, a water level of 1. 50 m. The fence garden surrounds the house on 3 sides and also has a badminton court. 2 mountain bikes are also available.
It is located near Aubeterre sur Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France with its shady terraces, monolithic church and beach on the river.
The house is 10 minutes drive from Montmoreau which has a supermarket and a very good bakery and of course, doctor, dentist, bank and pharmacy. The same thing in Saint Séverin at 5 minutes but the supermarket is much smaller. .
At less than 3 kilometers you enter the Dordogne with its picturesque villages and numerous castles.
The house is rented full week with an arrival on Saturday at 4 pm and the departure is on Saturday at 10 am at the latest.
Bath and pool towels are included in the rental, beds will be made upon arrival and cleaning is included in the price.
The 4 bedrooms have 4 double beds so the addition of single beds is flexible according to your needs.

Summary: Just returned from the most peaceful 2 weeks at this beautiful house. Guylaine is a fantastic owner and couldn’t do enough for us whilst we were there and also before. We have been back for two days and have already booked again for next year - I think that says it all!!!
