This stone villa, built in Dalmatian style, with a swimming pool is located in the small town of Zunici near Vinjerac, just a few kilometers from Razanac. The interesting city of Zadar or the Paklenica National Park can be reached within 45 minutes by car. More and beach are within 5 minutes drive.
The 110 m² holiday accommodation offers space for up to six people on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a living room and dining room in a modern fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. and separate laundry room.
On the first floor there are three modern double rooms. Each bedroom has satellite TV with 200 channels and air conditioning. One bedroom has its own bathroom.
The holiday home is equipped with satellite TVs (every bedroom & living area), wireless internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine and safe.
From the living/dining area you can access the terrace and the garden of the property. Here you will find a large furnished terrace, barbecue facilities and of course the large swimming pool of the property. At the pool there are sun loungers, parasol and outdoor shower. There is also table tennis and space for badminton. There is a small, furnished balcony on the first floor of the house, which is accessible from one of the bedrooms.
