Beautiful studio apartment in great location, just two blocks away from Obelisco. It is located on the fifth floor of a historic building with high ceilings with moldings and flooded by light and open views. It has a terrific view of a typical Buenos Aires copper cupola. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with large sofa, fast wifi, smart TV (with Netflix service) and king size bed. There is plenty of storage room and a spacious full bathroom with shower and hot tub, WC and bidet and a washing machine for your own laundry.
There is a planter all along the front windows which is irrigated automatically.
There are plenty of good cafes, bars and restaurants in the area. Also take away restaurants and supermarkets if you prefer to stay in. Most of the important touristic landmarks are walking distance, Teatro Colón (200m), Obelisco (400m), Calle Florida shopping area (400m), Plaza de Mayo (1000m), Puerto Madero (1100m), Congreso (1700m) and plenty more.
There are 3 metro lines (Lines B, C and D) and the 9 de Julio Metrobus line within a 200m radius from the apartment. Retiro train terminal is also walking distance. There just isn't a more connected neighbourhood than this in Buenos Aires.
