Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. 4. Residential Use Only: The Unit is for private, single-family residential use only. No business, profession, or trade activities are allowed.
5. Check-In/Check-Out: Adhere to designated check-in and check-out times. A fee of 50€ per hour will apply for late check-out.
6. Furniture and Structures: Do not move furniture or set up tents/structures. A 300€ cleaning fee will apply for any stains or damage. The
cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account.
7. Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities.
8. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay.
9. Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee.
10. ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
11. Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent few hours before your arrival time.
