Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors (including balconies and patios). A $500 fine applies if smoking is detected.

Pet Policy:
1. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. A $500 fine will apply if pets are brought in. Violations may also result in reservation cancellation without refund.
Parking Policy:
Park only in your designated spot or in uncovered spaces. Unauthorized parking will result in towing and a $400 fine.
Trash Disposal Policy:
Dispose of trash in the nearest garbage bin to your unit. If full, use an alternate bin to avoid overflow.
All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside bins. Leaving trash bags outside bins or overfilling them may result in a $200 fine.
Lost and Found:
The property is not liable for lost items. Unclaimed items will be held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Retrieval fees for handling and shipping vary based on the item.
Laundry Policy:
The laundry room uses a money card available for purchase at the leasing office. Let us know if you plan to obtain one. We are not responsible if the office is closed during your visit.
Parcel Delivery Policy:
Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.

AC (HVAC) Rules:
Set the thermostat to 85°F initially. It will gradually lower to 60°F.
Do not set the temperature below 74°F. Always keep it at 85°F when not in use.
Follow the AC instructions in the guidebook provided.
Guests will be charged for technician visits resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
If the AC malfunctions due to being set too low, repair costs will be charged to the guest.

All guests over 18 must provide a government-issued ID through a secure third-party link for background checks and security purposes.

Guest Verification
To ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests, we require a verification process before check-in. Guests must provide one of the following government-issued photo IDs: Driver’s License, Passport, or another Government Photo ID. A clear front and back photo of the ID, along with a selfie, must be submitted for verification. Failure to complete this process may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
We require guests to choose between a $37.45 non-refundable damage protection fee or a $500 security deposit, which will be refunded one day after checkout.
