Positive: It’s a nice basic apartment, the attendant is very pleasant. Apartment is lovely but would have been nice to have basic stuff like coffee and tea, especially as we arrived in freezing cold weather. Nonetheless, the bedding was top notch, high quality luxury.
Negative: Would have been good to know that we need to pick up the keys from the management office. We were out in the heavy snow in freezing cold with no proper instructions on how to get into the apartment and we finally went to the neighboring restaurant to ask for help and they directed us to the management office in the basement. There was no sign or instructions.
