Summary: The unit is very nice and the location could not be better. The arriving process to get thte key was very easy and the persons managing the reception were very friendly. The only issue is that during warm season if you need to leave the windows open there might be noise from the street since it does not has an air conditioner. There is an excellent restaurant on the 6th floor with a great view of the city and if you are rentig a car there is a good and convenient parking just under the building for 20euros a day.
