Summary: Sundeck was conveniently located for access to walks, beach and shopping/ restaurants. The accommodation suited our need for a guest with limited mobility, with the convenience of a lift. Secure parking was appreciated. We had enquired whether a PowerPoint was available to charge our EV, and the agent supplied local opportunities which we accessed before seeing the garage was equipped with a PowerPoint. This could attract custom if advertised.This unit would be safer for guests with limited mobility with the addition of a grab rail in a shower and adjacent to a toilet. The threshold change of floor height is a trip hazard and needs threshold ramping.
