Friends Trip or Family Vacation? … The outdoor oasis makes this home ideal for any group. Our home sleeps 12 people in actual beds (no pullout couches, full size beds or blow up mattresses). We don’t charge extra to heat the pool! And if our calendar allows, we are happy to accommodate an early check-in at no additional charge.

🛏️ 3rd Bedroom – Sleeps 5 in 1 Queen bed and 1 triple twin bunk bed (*twin bunk max weight: 165 lbs per bed)

❗️HOUSE RULES❗️
By Booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules. These are not suggestions. These House Rules will be strictly enforced:
1. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional visitors, guests, pets or vendors (such as Cabana Boys) are not allowed unless previously approved by your host.
2. No parties. No events. We will NOT make any exceptions so don’t even ask.
3. Outdoor quiet hours are 8pm to 8am.
4. No loud music or music with obscene language. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with families/small children on either side of us. Although this might be a vacation destination to you, this is home to our neighbors. If you can’t refrain from cursing when you lose a game of beer pong, then our home is not the right fit for you :)
5. No tampering with pool equipment or settings. Do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool. Removing the vacuum will disable the pool heater. The heater is set to 85 degrees October to May at no additional charge. Our pool guy Marvin comes every Thursday or Friday to perform routine maintenance. He let’s himself into the backyard via the side gate. Just an FYI so you are not startled.
6. No smoking, cigars, vaping, e-cigarettes, or marijuana use anywhere on the property (inside or in the backyard).
7. No illegal behavior (drugs, firearms, solicitation, underage drinking, etc).
8. Please understand that you will be held liable to cover the cost of any damages to the property that occur during your stay. These are damages made by you, your guests or your pets.
9. We have security cameras and a Minut noise monitor located in the front and backyard. No cameras inside the house. This is not to spy on you but to secure our home while we’re not there. If our security cameras or noise monitors are tampered with, it is an automatic $250 fine.
10. The City of Scottsdale requires that we run a background check on the booking guest. We will require a picture of your government issued photo ID. By booking our home, you are agreeing that you will submit photo ID when your reservation is confirmed.
*If any guests in your group choose to break a rule, please understand that it may result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund and 2 hours to vacate the property.
