SUNSET COVE BEACH HOUSE is a modern 2 storey holiday house that accommodates up to 8 guests. Tastefully decorated and situated on the esplanade opposite Magazine Bay with excellent sea views.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Open plan kitchen with large double door fridge/freezer, large 5 burner gas oven/stove top, dishwasher, microwave, sandwich press, slow cooker, Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), toaster, kettle, kids cups and plates. Large 8 seater boat shaped dining setting, Lounge area with large L shaped lounge, coffee table, large smart TV, blue tooth stereo, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner.
Bedroom with ceiling fan, built in robe, bathroom with vanity, walk in shower separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine and small laundry trough.
UPSTAIRS:
Lounge with 2 x 2 1/2 seater lounges, large smart TV, Bose surround system, DVD player, small selection of games, 2 coffee tables, red bar fridge. Double sliding doors open on to balcony, beautiful sea views.
Sitting area with 2 x 2 seater lounges, large coffee table, 2 bean bags, work desk.
2 bedrooms both with ceiling fans, one with built in robe. Bathroom with vanity, walk in shower separate w/c.
Iron and ironing board available.
Outdoor setting on downstairs rear deck with lovely views of the bay. Sea views from downstairs front deck, brazier fire pit on front lawn.
Clothesline in rear yard.
Shed not for guests use.
Bed configuration - Downstairs - bed 1 - QB, Upstairs - bed 2 - KB, bed 3 - QB plus bunk bed.
Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels
If you don't have KB sheets they can be hired for $40, you will need to contact office staff to request these and the linen hire will be added manually when office staff process your booking, you will still need to bring pillow cases and other linen.
Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.
