Positive: A spacious flat with good enough amenities and quiet neighbourhoods. With elevators and balcony. Very close to supermarket, ATMs, and restaurants. Reasonable walking distance to the souk and Gueliz. Good for a short stay without the hustle bustle of the old city.
Negative: Could be a bit more cleaner especially the kitchen to give a more homey feeling rather than an empty flat. Smoking stench was prominent in the living room.
