Just 2 minutes walk from the famous "Via Verda" footpath that crosses the three towns of the Marina Alta of Dènia, Ondara and El Verger. Built for sports lovers, it runs through these three villages on the old railway tracks which have been converted into a beautiful path full of green areas. A 5 minute walk away there is a sports complex with free access for anyone who wants to use its facilities (athletics track, base football, basketball, rugby...) and to complete the sporting offer there are also two tennis schools just 6 minutes walk away. If you want to enjoy a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea then you don‘t have to go far as you can reach the famous sandy beach of Las Marinas in just a few minutes by car. You can also enjoy the vivid summer atmosphere of the centre of Dènia without having to look for a car parking space as you can walk everywhere from here.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
