Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

Very nice sunny residential area in the Barranquets area only 600 meters from the sea. Good bus connection to Denia. Fantastic stone, sandy beaches and bars nearby. Extensive shopping opportunities (Lidl, Aldi, German specialties, German bakers, etc.). Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. Bike rental in town. Only short ways to the next golf course. Guided hiking tours in the surrounding mountains.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation message to your E-Mail/Chat and within 10 minutes you will receive the contract to be signed by the credit card holder. If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day. Approximately one month before your arrival we will contact you to let you know that you must pay the remaining amount and we will ask you a few questions to better prepare your arrival.
