Positive: We liked that we could check in late. We arrived at the property at midnight, opened the entrance door with a code and took the apartment keys out of the locker. There were only apartments for rent in the building, so we didn't disturb anyone with a late arrival. This was very convenient for us. We had a small apartment with a living room, a bedroom (with open shower and toilet) and a kitchen. In the morning we bought bread at a nearby bakery.
Negative: The apartment is a bit old, but with interesting character/ambiance. There were dust bunnies here and there. But everything we needed (plates, bedding, towels) was there. The apartment is accessed by steep stairs to the first floor, but that didn't bother us. The tiny bathroom does not have a door - it is open to the bedroom, so we had to take turns bathing with the bedroom door closed. But we also considered that an attraction :)
