Positive: I liked the location, the pool and the apartment in general.
Negative: The concierge was very unresponsive to my communications and calls. No response to text messages on whats app at all( despite the fact that she contacted me by WhatsApp first and told me to contact her if I needed anything) and she failed to call me back when she promised she would. My second gripe relates to the first. There was only one key available for the apartment and no lock box/safe outside the front door to safely leave it for others. This lock box was located down two flights of stairs and across a footpath, through a security gate snd attached to the outside of the security perimeter fence which is neither practical or convenient/user friendly. The apartment itself is old but spacious, has everything you need and comfortable. The toilet in ensuite had a leak from water pipe but it wasn't an issue as there was a shore hole nearby which prevented it flooding. The meo tv box was frozen throughout meaning we couldn't watch the TV but that's minor. There was a lot of noise from the apartment above but I would put that down to the oldness of the building Overall I can live with all of the above apart from the key issue and the concierge unwillingness to engage with us. A suggestion would be to put a key safe in the wall outside the front door( leave the one outside on perimeter fence also) so guests can leave it there when coming and going. My second suggestion is to put a single bed in each of the two non en suite double rooms. I measured it and there is room if both beds are against wall. Its only suitable for three individuals or three couples in its current lay out. There were 4 of us and one chose to sleep on couch rather than share a double bed with another man( it would have been tight) the couch is a 2 seat wicker style couch so not suitable for sleeping on either( but better option than bed when 4 lads sharing).
