Recently renovated and stylishly designed, this is perfect for the executive/corporate short-term rental or a small family requiring a central spot near the city.
Comprising 2 levels of accommodation in an open, bright floor plan.
This property is tastefully furnished and beautifully styled offering all the home comforts for your stay.
FACILITIES INCLUDE:
Upstairs features an open plan living area with large flat screen, TV/dining and kitchen area.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
The bedding configuration is as follows:
MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a queen bed, with BIR robes and a beautiful ensuite with shower, basin and toilet.
2ND BEDROOM:
The second bedroom is located downstairs and has 2 x single beds with built-in robes and its own ensuite with walk in shower and toilet.
The laundry is located under the stairs and comprises of a washing /dryer machine/ hand basin.
There is split air-conditioning heating and cooling upstairs with ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
Please note: that there is no air-conditioning downstairs but a ceiling fan is provided along with a heater for additional warmth during the winter months..
Bedding - hotel quality linen is provided on both beds.
