The Villa Bellavista can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (200m²):
- On the main floor is a spacious and bright living room with dining table, comfortable couches and open fireplace. It is stylishly furnished and has all modern conveniences such as satellite TV, wireless internet, DVD player and playstation console. Separate fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. On the same level are two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with 2 single beds (can be joined together), and two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower (hydromassage).
- On the first floor are two further twin bedrooms (beds can be joined together) with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Little terrace.
The house is set in an elevated position with impressive views over Lake Maggiore. Outside you’ll find a covered terrace with table and chairs, a lovely garden with landscaped lawn, barbecue, swimming pool (4.5 x 9m) with sun loungers, and a little slide and table for the toddlers. Covered parking space available. All this in your own exclusive privacy: the entire property (400m²) is fenced and secured with an electronic entrance gate.
The vacation villa ‘Villa Bellavista’ is situated on a hillside in Meina at 4 km from the charming town of Arona with its beautiful lakeside promenade and many shops and restaurants. From there you can easily hop on a ferry and explore the delights of Lake Maggiore. Arona's railway station connects you directly to the centre of Milan and only 15 km away you’ll find Stresa, the most popular tourist town on the lake, with regular ferries to the famous and spectacular Borromeo Islands. Many easy day trips are possible: the famous Piedmont vineyards, the romantic Lake Orta, playing golf on one of the many golf courses or hiking in the nearby mountains.

RENTAL CONDITIONS VILLA BELLAVISTA:

Welcome aperitif, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels, satellite TV, DVD blu ray, playstation, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, garden, barbecue (one gas grill and one hot stone), swimming pool (4,5 x 9m; depth 1,7m), fitness equipment, covered parking space
Extra to be paid cash upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 500 euro
- Final cleaning (obligatory): 200 euro
- The electricity (i.a. for the air conditioning) is metered at 0,32 euro/KWH with a bonus included of 50 euro. Any extra usage will be detracted from the deposit.
- Heating (seasonal): 20 euro per day
- Baby bed (on request): 50 euro per week
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable
Arrival and departure:
Minimum stay of 7 nights; Saturday to Saturday in high season

- Swimming pool opened approximately from mid-April to end-October; contact us for the exact dates.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
