A spacious XXL terraced house with modern equipment, in a quiet area, two kilometers from the seaside beach. The resort center with shops, restaurants and bars is 2.5 kilometers away. The holiday home offers enough space for nine people on two floors. The garden with a large terrace and barbecue is an ideal place to spend summer evenings outdoors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV and a large table. The well-equipped kitchen is partially connected to the living room. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and a second bathroom (with a shower). The equipment includes a washing machine. The apartment is located in such a place that you can conveniently get to both the quieter beach on the western bank of the river (Parseta), as well as the noisier beach on the eastern bank of the river, where there are more attractions (water sports, etc.). It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, the oceanarium, the seaport and the cathedral.
