Positive: Spacy studio for good price. The building has an elevator. 5 minutes to get to the lift.
Negative: Wash machine has programming malfunction. It washes, but you will need time to understand it's logic (-: A hint: it does not reset progress; it does what it indicates.
Summary: The wash machine is a mess, but everything else is good
