This modern sun filled north facing home is a perfect base for your family and friends as it is uniquely furnished and is designed to be cool in summer and warm in winter with beautiful tiled and timber floors throughout, with carpeted bedrooms. Inside you can relax with the family or there is plenty of room to be away from everyone if you need the rest. Netflix and internet access is also an option if you feel like a break on the couch or delve into the huge DVD collection downstairs. Head outside and relax in the sun soaked backyard with a cold drink, a board game and some tunes on the portable blue tooth speaker.
The two story modern property has plenty of room to relax and spread out with two living areas, three dining areas, an upstairs balcony, plant filled backyard with dining table. One of the living areas is downstairs which is a spacious rumpus room with T.V. and bar fridge.
When its time for dinner you can whip up a storm in the expansive kitchen which incorporates just about everything you could possibly need to cook up a magnificent feast. Or enjoy the sea breeze on the balcony upstairs with a cocktail and something cooking on the outdoor BBQ.
Up to 8 people will be very comfortable in the four bedrooms over two floors with two ensuites, one large bathroom with bath and an upstairs powder room.
When it’s time to get out and about, the Art House is perfectly placed to explore one of the last quiet coastal beachside towns in NSW. Head to the sands to splash in the sparkling waves or take coastal walks for spectacular views as well as possibly spotting a whale, seal or a dolphin before returning to rinse off in the outdoor shower.
If you don’t feel like cooking there is a funky Mexican Restaurant in town or the Little Snapper for dinner and cocktails. Or if you prefer to cook there is a convenient Woolworths in town. There is so much to see and do in this coastal town and its surrounds and so many different ways to unwind. The Art House is the perfect venue to ensure you make lots of wonderful memories to last you a lifetime. Pets are welcome at The Art House. Fully fenced backyard keeps them safe.
What to see and do
Culburra has two surf beaches, Warrain and Culburra Beach. It is also surrounded by a lake. Visit local markets and enjoy plenty of lovely coastal and beach walks. Also, visit the lighthouse at Crookhaven heads (about a 15 mins walk each way). Culburra also now has a Woolworths Supermarket where you can buy all your food stocks once you arrive.
Lots of mountain bike trails and walks.
There are plenty of popular fishing spots.
Watch out for seals, dolphins and whales. Visit the lake and spot the gorgeous black swans during certain times of the year.
Visit local areas such as Callala Bay and Callala Beach, Currawong and Huskisson.
Enjoy a lovely dinner at the reknowned Butter Factory restaurant, (located a short drive from Culburra Beach). Culburra also has a local RSL Club, they have a pick up and drop off service, just make a call and they will come and collect you in their bus and drop you back home. Visit lovely Greenwell Point's Bowling Club for a bistro meal or visit their Chinese Restaurant.
