Summary: First off the staff worked really hard to make sure we were happy now the room was very nice and the front desk was very trendy however the parking wasn't a fan of that and if you're a person who likes to have their car valet and have help with your bags this might not be your place however if you're in downtown LA it's a cool way to stay but it's more like staying in an apartment not a hotel if you're looking for an experience and the feel of downtown LA then this is the place if you're a person who likes to pull in get some help being a true Hotel environment then maybe look somewhere else however it's a good place
