Summary: This property is in an area with lots of other vacation condos/apartments. There are several good restaurants and two grocery stores close enough to walk to. The area is quiet and was not crowded while we were there. The size was good for two, the owners supplied some fruit, drinks and sandwich stuff. It is not well set up for cooking but it does have stove and microwave. The place was clean and does have a washing machine but no dryer. Parking can be an issue if you rented a car. To get into the apartment area it requires a key- from the road or from the beach. And a key is required to get to the pool. This was the only thing I was not happy with. The beach is small but not crowded. About 30 minutes from the airport take GC-1 south Take exit 37, cross the bridge over the hwy and take GC-500 to your right. Exit GC-500 at Sioux City exit turn left and at the round about take the 2nd right (the first is the northbound off ramp for GC-500). The apartment is one of the first of the RED buildings (on the left).
