Positive: Gaspare gave us a warm welcome and smooth check-in. It is a ground floor appartment with a street entrance directly into the front room (kitchenette and dining and sitting area). It leads to the back room which is a large bedroom, very quiet. From the bedroom you get access to the courtyard.The bathroom was big enough and very clean like the entire place. We liked the air cond system very much as for once it is not blowing down cold air onto your shoulders but instead it is like a radiator and so it blows upward. It is also quiet and kept the whole place very cool (both rooms are equiped). The location may be a downturn for some as it is a 15min walk from the historic/touristic centre but it was not for us. Also local supermarket is 2min walk if you need anything.
