Layout:
This gorgeous two level craftsman is a brand new remodel. The spacious living room has a fireplace, two 10 foot leather sofas, and a chest that converts much like a Murphy bed, and opens up to a full sized bed, complete with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen has an open layout concept with brand new stainless steel appliances. Attached to the kitchen is a separate wet bar complete with a wine/beer fridge and a laundry room with a new full sized washer and dryer. The first floor also has three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a small den with a full size futon sofa bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is the master, with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. On the second floor there is a fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed and a fifth bedroom with a kind sized bed and en suite bathroom.

Please park on the street in front of the house.
Neighborhood:
This Lockeland Springs home is less than 3 miles from downtown Broadway, Nissan Stadium and The Ryman! Also located 1 mile from famous "Five Points" in East Nashville, there are plenty of incredible restaurant options including Pelican and The Pig, The Butcher and The Bee, Edley's Barbecue and Shep's Delicatessen. In addition, Hunter's Station is the home to several restaurants including the Grilled Cheeserie and Vu's Kitchen. The rental is located two blocks from Lockeland Table restaurant, Talias and Urban Cowboy; and just one mile to the north you will find Jenni's Ice cream, and Five Daughters Donuts! There are also several coffee shops within a couple of blocks including Frothy Monkey, Sweet Sixteen and Ugly Mugs.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
