The Fraserhood Suite (awarded “AirB&B+ and Superhost” on Air B&B) is an urban retreat in the heart of hip and historic East Vancouver. Located in the quiet and charactered Fraserhood/Cedar Cottage neighbourhood in the centre of the city.
Our suite (1 bedroom, 2 beds-second bed is in the living room) is eclectic and rootsy and in a stylish neighborhood with great cafes, outstanding restaurants, lots of green space, and excellent facilities close by. The Fraserhood Suite is in the hip neighbourhood of Cedar Cottage and Mount Pleasant but if you want to explore the downtown core, it’s an easy 15-20 minute bus or car ride with easy access to transit from the suite.
Surrounded by large Sakura/Cherry Blossom trees, this private garden level suite is the perfect urban hideaway. The Fraserhood Suite is located in a nice mature neighbourhood where neighbours know and interact with each other!
A bright space with your own separate entrance. The suite come with a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave,french press for coffee and grinder. Fresh breakfast provisions are provided upon your arrival. Shared washer/dryer(no charge) w/ stocked laundry room. Bathroom is a bright and newly renovated space with walk-in shower with rain-shower head.
The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed with a pillow top mattress for your comfort and a sofa sleeper in the living room.The second bed is the sofa bed in the living room.
There's a sideboard with board games and books, a 42” flat screen TV with Apple TV and free Netflix (other channels/apps are available if you log-in to those).Wifi is obviously included.
Free street parking,Close to the airport, 15 mins drive, & 30 mins by public transportation. Easy access to HWY 99& HWY 1, bus stop is one block away to go either EAST, WEST, NORTH or SOUTH, a bus 10 mins to all Skytrains. If you're driving and not familiar with the city, the access to a major streets like Knight St. is very convenient.

Hosts can be reached via email or text if you need anything. Your hosts do live upstairs with respectful children so there will be ambient family sounds from above but you will find the suite is very soundproof. This is your private time and we trust you will enjoy your stay.
Interactions w/ guests
We respect your time and privacy but if you need to contact us, both of us can be reached via DM or just come and knock on our upstairs door if you need anything. We are happy to accommodate you with navigation of the suite, neighborhood directions or honest and local recommendations on dining or attractions.
We live upstairs with 2 young kids so it is important that guests keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
