The Homestead at Bundara Farm is stylish and spacious - set over three levels and comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests. It is well equipped for large groups - it's private, surrounded by beautiful gardens, green paddocks and towering gum trees. Our interiors have been designed with cosy country comfort in mind and our intention is that you feel very much it's a home away from home. The Homestead features 7 bedrooms and six bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have 1 x king bed + 1 x single bed. The other 3 bedrooms each have 2 x single beds. Set across three levels, there are multiple living and dining spaces to ensure there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Gather around the open fire in the main living area, challenge friends to a game of pool or table tennis in our expansive Cellar room, or retreat to the cosy tv lounge for a favourite movie screening. The whole house and the grounds of the estate, which is set over 15 acres of beautiful gardens and green paddocks, are available to you, We are available by phone or text during your stay and we encourage guests to reach out if there is anything at all they require assistance with. Perfectly located between the historic village of Berry and the sandy shores of Seven Mile Beach, Bundara Farm offers guests a unique country farm stay as well as the best of the regions beaches to enjoy. We have a growing menagerie of farm animals for you to enjoy, including two mini ponies, Galloway cows, chickens and my beautiful Icelandic horse.

Summary: We had a great time staying at Bundara farm and the two cottages. The place is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. The Gaming room on the lower ground floor offers great spaces with table tennis and pool table. There are plenty of board games/books and kept kids very entertained. Unfortunately, it was extremely windy and cold when we visit so we didn’t spend much time at Verandah and garden, but the indoor fireplace and aircon has kept us nice and warm inside. Definitely will recommend to others.
