Summary: When I booked my room I was aware it was a no frills older hotel, I did not know to what degree. It was clean, no frills, but it smelled old/musty. We did not spend a lot of time in the room; it was a place to lay your head for the night, but it could have been a little better. A little paint and wallpaper goes a long way. Also, when you see the picture of the hotel, it looks nothing like the picture. It looks older but quaint. It has not been painted in a while. In the picture there is a nice red boarder that makes it look nice, not any more; I did not recognize it when I was looking for it and I was in front of it. You are close to where the boats come in and a place to lay your head, that’s it. There is a store under you selling BI merchandise, so that is convenient. If you are in BI check it out to make sure you are ok with the hotel.
