Positive: It wa a great location as we had a event at the local hotel enough beds for extended family I liked the bed
Negative: No rails on front steps made it very hard for myself to use. Until I found you could go out through the garage which made it easier. Unfortunately the chairs for dining table were very hard and need to be new cushioning
