Accessibility: There is a few stairs to get into the front door. It is the same at the back door. All 3 bedrooms and bathroom are on one level.
Other Things to Note:
The laundry room is downstairs and is a shared space with people staying in the basement. This is a Pet friendly home. The backyard is fenced, private and large, but it's not "perfect" by any means. (The backyard is shared between upstairs and downstairs guests) Please purchase and supply your own firewood if you wish to have a fire pit. This is a much older home so noise travels through the floor. Please be mindful for the basement guests and also please be understanding that people will be down there as well.
