Beautifully appointed three bedroom two bathroom home with ocean views and walking distance to beaches, shops & cafe's. Recently renovated kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher & coffee machine (bring along your Nespresso pods).

Roomy open plan living with pool table, smart TV and opening on to the covered front deck to enjoy the view.

This home has all your creature comforts including reverse cycle A/C, WiFi , gas BBQ and two outdoor entertainment spaces to enjoy.

Large master bedroom with ensuite and large walk in wardrobe.
Work from home space, which also converts to a sleeping space with a sofa bed.

Bathroom with shower & bath, separate toilet and additional toilet in laundry.

Additional features include: Outdoor furniture, Wifi , well behaved pets are welcome and the property provides backyard fencing. Plenty of parking for cars & boats with a lockup garage and double carport.

You will need to bring bed linen (top & bottom sheet & pillow cases) for 2 x queens, 2 x doubles ( one of these doubles are a fold out lounge). Towels including bath, beach, hand etc.

Summary: The house was amazing, loads of room and comfortable. The views were great, especially with a morning coffee outside. Loved the pool table too! Hallmark were exceptional with communication, especially Danielle. Thank you for a great week.
