The two interconnected holiday apartments, each with approx. 75 sqm
and a shared hallway, designed for up to 8 people, are located separately on the upper floor of a residential building newly built in 2010. The Schwarzer See, a beautiful swimming and fishing lake with a bathing beach and festival meadow, is about 300 metres away. As the owner is only occasionally on site, guests have sole use of the 3300 square metre property. The entire upper floor is rented out, in which there are two identical apartments with the same furnishings. They were modernised in 2019. The accommodation is therefore very suitable for friendly families or small groups. There are 2 x a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD, dining table, holiday library/DVDs), 2 x an open kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 4 bedrooms with double bed (2 x in the open bedroom in the attic via stairs), and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The house is centrally heated. A cot and high chair are available for small children. A simple guest bed can be set up as an extra bed. Outside there is a furnished terrace in the entrance area, a cosy seating area with pavilion, gas barbecue and fireplace, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and parking. 2 rowing boats can be hired on site (1 x on Schwarzer See, 1 x on Forstsee, 30 EUR/day each). The local bike hire is only a 2-minute walk away. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption.
Schwarz is a small holiday resort on the lake of the same name within a charming lake landscape between Müritz and the state border with Brandenburg. The centre of the village is a classic village church from the 18th century. Numerous holiday accommodations also characterise the village. Schwarzer See is a beautiful swimming and fishing lake with two bathing beaches and a festival meadow with a restaurant. There is also a bicycle hire service in Schwarz and the small town of Mirow is approx. 5 km away. It is located directly on the Müritz-Havel waterway and is a centre of attraction for water sports enthusiasts and hikers. The biggest attraction is the castle island with Mirow Castle, which only reopened in June 2014 after many years of restoration, the 3 Queens' Palace, the idyllic Love Island, St John's Church and the Old Castle Brewery with a restaurant. There are several restaurants and cafés, a fish smokehouse, shopping facilities and boat and bicycle hire in the town. Mirow can be easily reached by train via the railway connection to Neustrelitz.
