Positive: Our stay at the Waldorf Hilton London was very enjoyable. The staff was helpful and accomodating. The rooms and the bathroom were spotless and soundproof. There is air conditioning and heating which on any given weekend in London you might need both! The room itself had a designated makeup desk and mirror. The public spaces are beautifully decorated and practical for use. Good Godfreys pub was a nice spot for meeting with friends for a drink. I recommend the Margarita and also a very solid Cappucino. The doormen help with the bags and can always find you a cab!
Negative: It would be nice if the all day room service had more options in the evening. When returning after a show the options were a Ceasar Salad or Pizza. Even a selection of Sandwiches and crisps would have been appreciated.
