This home is a cozy, renovated in 2020, A-Frame Cabin on Pine Lake in the heart of Washington State.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s the perfect retreat for a family looking to play in the water and enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer!
The dock is off-limits for guest use, but you can easily access the water through the 20 feet of beach front.
You will have full access to the entire house - less the laundry room.
There are exterior security cameras on site at this property.

Woodinville wine country is 12 miles away, Bellevue is 5 miles, Seattle is 15 miles and skiing in Snoqualmie is 42 miles.
Only a three-minute walk from stunning Pine Lake Park with public swimming dock and a playground. There are many walking trails and outdoor activities nearby. A 10-minute drive reaches Issaquah (South) as well as Redmond (North) and all of their awesome bars and eateries. Woodinville Wine Country is also fairly close!

Our home is a cozy, fully renovated, A-Frame Cabin on Pine Lake in the heart of Washington State.
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms it’s the perfect retreat for a family looking to play in the water and enjoy everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Upstairs a peaceful Open-concept living room + eat-in Kitchen with giant windows overlooking the lake. The downstairs is with a fully equipped Family game room with nice speakers, for videogame and movie lovers. PS4, Wii, and Xbox One are available with games and plenty of remotes. The giant new TV has Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video (etc.) with tons of content for movie nights.
Three petite bedrooms upstairs on the main floor (full-size loft beds in one, one full-sized bed in the second + Master Bedroom with a Queen), and one more oversized bedroom downstairs (full-sized bunk beds). Five beds in four bedrooms.
The kitchen is completely renovated from top to bottom and is fully stocked, as we cook often so it is set up for baking/cooking full family-style meals. Enough flatware and dishes for a feast for 14+ people.
There are brand new Acacia hardwood floors throughout the entire home.
The backyard is really what gives this home all its glory. A newly stained large deck with BBQ grill and chairs overlooks a large 20-foot sand beach waterfront onto Pine Lake.
Pine Lake is electric trolling motors only, so no ski boats. Paddle Boards, Kayaks, and Floaties welcomed!
We have lots of floaties, water guns, goggles, and plan to buy more gear for the coming summer. Whatever is here is yours to enjoy!

A car would be really handy, although we do have six bicycles available upon request!
