This luxury, beachfront apartment is a magnificent example of beachside living, located in the heart of Lennox Head, seconds from shops and cafes. It is a stunning, top floor, five-bedroom apartment, sleeping up to 13 guests, with 180-degree ocean front views.
The spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining space with panoramic ocean views opens seamlessly through the large glass bi-fold doors to the expansive covered balcony complete with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. This outdoor entertaining area looks out over a large grassed backyard adjoining Seven Mile Beach. The superb kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, gas cook top and professional style oven making cooking an entertainers dream. The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans throughout. There is also a large, common rooftop area which provides stunning ocean views.
The master bedroom features a glass sliding door connecting to the main balcony with luxurious king bed where you can lay and watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Both the master and second bedrooms have large open plan ensuites and facilitate a flat wall mounted TV. Bedrooms three, four and five are located at the front of the property with the main bathroom complete with shower and bath, separate toilet and a fully equipped internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer. There is internal access to the property from the basement carpark or entry from street level.

Summary: Beautiful view of the ocean. Conveniently located near shops, eateries, and the beach. Safe and for children. Excellent kitchen facilities, great bedrooms. It could use a flyscreen door in the master bedroom that leads out onto the balcony.
