This spacious country contemporary home is set up perfectly for families and small groups, with an open airy design and lots of natural light, situated on picturesque 1.5 acres. Enjoy this restful setting with three bedrooms (one w/queen bed and two w/twin beds) two full bathrooms, kitchen, formal dining and living rooms, two family rooms and a relaxing library. Step outside onto a sunny open and screened deck. Prepare to uncork and unwind. (Price discounts below)

DISCOUNTS

Guests with one or two additional people may request in advance of their reservation a $20 daily discount to access the downstairs floor ONLY. Included downstairs is a bedroom with twin beds, the library with queen electric air mattress and sofa, full bathroom, the full kitchen, formal dining and living rooms, family/media den, living room and outside deck. Alternatively, guest may request, again in advance of their reservation access to the entire home with the exception of the downstairs bedroom, library and bathroom.

Our returning guests receive $10 off the daily rate.

Summary: The house was very clean and worked well as one of the two houses we rented for relatives for my parents anniversary gathering. The only problem we had was that there were two people in our group that have severe mold allergies (including myself) who ended up staying at the other house we'd rented because the mold/musty smell was very strong downstairs in the living room/entrance area. The smell was not that noticeable upstairs. The owners may want to get some mold testing done as there may be a problem with the roof or a gutter issue? We just had the same problem at our house but it's fixed now and fine
