Come and relax in this stylish 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is just walking distance from great restaurants and excellent shopping. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed while the second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also two twin Murphy beds in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV plus a private balcony on the 5th floor giving you the view of the Laguna Madre Bay while facing the north side of the island. During the summer months you will have front row view to weekend fireworks display and beautiful year round unforgettable sunsets!. Bathrooms are updated with beautiful tile and quartz vanities. Master bathroom comes with a tub and shower combo while you have a walk-in glass shower in the second bedroom. As you make your way up to the 2nd floor of this condo you will encounter a full size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets with granite counter tops. A fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig that uses pods and has a coffee pot, a blender, and toaster, plenty of dishware, glassware, bake-ware, and cutlery. The dining area includes a dining table for 6. It has a large kitchen island for those family gatherings. It come with a half bathroom, laundry/ pantry room with full size washer/dryer. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, a love-seat, two swivel chairs, and a 55” flat screen T. V. Step on to the balcony and enjoy the view to the Gulf of Mexico while soaking up the sun with plenty of balcony seating available. Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching a beautiful South Padre Island sunrises or maybe enjoying the summer fireworks.

Outdoor gas grills are provided on the first floor of the building. Tennis courts, ping pong tables, racket ball courts, and exercise room are available.
ALL MARCH, SEMANA SANTA ,EASTER and the 4th of July rentals which have any occupants under the age of 25 MUST have in residence a parent or custodial guardian for the entire rental period. Also the renter should be 25 years or older. There is a 4 day minimum during the 4th of July.
