Architecturally designed to take full advantage of the incredible location this new 2,000 sqft home brings nature inside; it’s perched in the trees with mountain views, the perfect base to watch wildlife and explore. The home sits on a large lot backing on Copper Point golf course and is only a 20 minute drive to the two ski hills (Fairmont and Panarama), and close to both hot springs.
The home features an open concept kitchen, great room with two decks, fireplace and (vaulted) ceiling windows - providing lots of natural light, a den, primary bedroom, and two more private bedrooms on the lower, ground level. There are board games for all the family, two outdoor fireplaces (wood & propane), outdoor play features, and a extra large dining table for meals.
