Positive: At the beginning of street there is a very nice see-food restaurant. The apartment is in the corner of one way street. It was nice and silent to sleep with the opened windows. The parking is private and has a lock. The connection to the city center is direct with the tram. Very nice. Tickets are also available at tabac shop nearby
Negative: For personally the sleeping places in the apartment were not very comfortable. This might be connected with the fact,, that i am toll. My both wife and daughter slept well.
Summary: The apartment suited our three day vacations with small budget.
