Positive: The apartment is clean, comfy, well equipped with whatever you could need. The interior is tasteful. You'll never wanna leave. All questions we had were immediately answered. Also, it all felt very safe.
Negative: The location forces you to have a rental and shopping (at sane prices) is a bit of a drive. The owner is very upfront about that, though.
