The 3rd floor opens onto a artificial grassed rooftop yard on half of the space and deck with Miami style sofa and table and chair set. Watch a movies under the stars or play a game of giant yard Yahtzee! Do it undisturbed in your own private house just 2 miles from broadway. A 35 foot glass enclosed staircase will take your breath away as the multi floor chandelier glistens inviting you to explore multiple floors.
