Positive: This is a beautiful big home but just needs a good clean of windows , dusting and patios which didn't appear to have been cleaned for years . We would have loved to have sat out on them . Perfect position to walk to most things .
Negative: I would have loved to find it dusted and cleaner . Plants and window sills were covered in dust and even the kitchen counter . I have allergies and so do my family . I expected a TV upstairs to be working and it was not . We could not get the hotplates to work upstairs and had to use the downstairs gas hot plates to cook all our meals and breakfast every day . Not good when you are older . We could not get a return phone call from anyone at the office to speak to us even after leaving a few messages . I would not use that rental company again .
Summary: We enjoyed the house but it could have been a better experience .
