The apartment is on the ground floor of a Venetian building, located in a quiet area five minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco ... you are in the heart of the city.
A corridor decorated with two ancient 17th century columns leads to the fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, a four-burner gas cooker, a microwave oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer; follows the Istrian stone bathroom with tub, and two rooms.
The first bedroom with double bed overlooks our private magic garden
The second twin bedroom overlooks the internal courtyard of the building. On the right is the second bathroom with large shower, the breakfast knoot, the living room with a comfortable sofa (bed), a 19th century chest of drawers, two armchairs and a square table.
In the same area there is a large round table with chairs which gives access to a large and delightful garden for the exclusive use of clients. This garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility where you can relax and enjoy your spritz aperitif after busy days of touring the city.
The furnishings are original SMANIA pieces and antique chests of drawers from the 19th century
