This beautiful property is made for a fun time in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Located right on historic Himmarshee street but not right on top of all the bars & restaurants in area. Two of the first things noticed about this property is the wonderful privacy it affords & how large it is...3189 sq ft. A grand size for a 3 bedroom. Up to 6 adults and 3 children under 12 allowed. The courtyard entrance welcomes you into the first fun area inside...the game room with a full size pool/ping pong table to enjoy with friends & family. The modern kitchen opens up to the dining area & family room which lead out to the pool area outside. This area comfortably accommodates a group for entertaining or hanging out watching a movie or game on the 85 inch screen.
Outside enjoy a meal or a dip in what we like to call the cocktail pool! There is even a beautiful half bath downstairs so you don't have to go upstairs. On the second floor you will be truly impressed. The primary suite is crazy big! A king & a queen bed, a huge closet, a 65 inch TV & its own balcony overlooking the pool area. The primary bathroom has a 2 person tub, a shower area, a separate toilet room with bidet & 2 separate sink areas. Just outside the primary bedroom is a sitting area with an office area & a large full laundry room with a laundry sink. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms share another wonderful covered balcony & a modern full bathroom. One room has a queen & a twin/daybed, another huge closet & a TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds & a desk. It is a pleasure venturing around the Sailboat Bend neighborhood & into downtown. Take a stroll to many bars & restaurants, Museum of Discovery & Science, Imax theater, Broward Center for Performing Arts, parks and the riverwalk. You can even catch a golf cart ride to Las Olas shopping & entertainment area!
