Welcome to Polo Villa 19! Our villa is set in a peaceful oasis at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet and private development in the famous Apes Hill. This stunning community is serene and an excellent choice for couples or families looking for a retreat, or golfers looking to improve their game.
The two-storey villa looks onto beautiful landscaped tropical gardens and a large pond and is located just a few steps from the development pool. The comfortable living area opens onto the large covered terrace which features a private dip pool surrounded by a garden. The terrace will be everyone's favourite place to lounge with al fresco dining, comfortable lounge furniture, a BBQ, and even a bar - spend your evening here catching up after a full day out by the pool or on the beach as the sun sets in front of you.
#19 has 3 bedrooms with 2 of the bedrooms taking up the entire first floor, and the third bedroom located on the ground floor. All three bedrooms have private patios with beautiful views, en suite bathrooms and are fully air-conditioned. There is complimentary housekeeping once a week for stays of 6 nights or longer.
The nearest beach (Tropicana) is just 4km away - less than a 10 minute drive. You can rent sun loungers from one of the beach vendors and even choose from one of the casual food and bar options. It's easy to spend almost a whole day on the beach in Barbados! When you're not on the beach or lounging by the pool, take advantage of life on the west coast and pop into any of the amazing nearby restaurants or bars to enjoy casual lunches or fine dining dinners. Nightlife, shopping and more can be found either in Speightstown or Holetown - both are less than 15 mins away.
*Please note that next door is carrying out some renovations that will be finished end of January 2024. There may be some noise from time to time.
