It is located in the town centre, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful coves of Miami Playa. In this villa, you will find everything you are looking for for your summer holidays: comfort, tranquillity and idyllic beaches. DISTRIBUTION:With a capacity for 8 people, the villa is distributed on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Main floor:Large living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen.Double bedroom en suite, bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.2 bedrooms with trundle bedsBathroom with bathtub.Cellar:It has independent access from the outside. And has its own lounge, bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom with shower.Outside:Private swimming pool with jacuzzi.Large terrace with dining area and barbecue.Outside parking for 2 cars.GOOD TO KNOW:- Free Wifi during your stay.- Weekly linen change for bookings of 2 weeks or more.- Pool towels included.- Only rented to families, reservations for groups are not accepted.- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Summary: Nice house in a good location not far from the main street and only 10 mins walk to the beach. Easy free parking at the beach if you dont want to walk. Negatives however only 4 sunbeds by pool. Shouldnt there be enough for all guests. Also no umbrella or shade by the pool which was an issue as no natural shade. Beware that you need to read the small print becuse we got to house and only then found out you had to go half hour away to pick up keys. It was in the joining insutructions but in very small writing and I missed it. Could have done with a few more baking dishes in the kitchen as there was only one oven ready dish. WOuld definately go again though
