Formal & Casual Dining Areas, inside & out, for entertaining. The Master bedroom is located on the 1st floor, Beautiful Master Bath with Gorgeous Walk-in Shower, Soaking Tub, & Double Vanities. Two additional Bedrooms & Pool Bath can be found on the 1st floor. Upstairs awaits you... 3 more Guest Rooms & 2 Baths to keep all our guests comfortable. Outside enjoy a spacious Lanai overlooking the Beautiful Heated Pool & Spa! Boaters will enjoy the Superb Boating Access, No Bridges or Locks! Composite Dock & large Captains Walk. If you are bringing a boat there is plenty of room to tie up to the dock. Relax under the Tiki Hut & enjoy the Boats and Fantastic Views! We have 2 Kayaks to use at the home (at your own risk of course). They are on an easy to use lift and you can spend hours enjoying the canals! Or if you like to stay home you can do the same from the hot tub or sitting on the dock, you will be amazed with all the wildlife you will see! This is outside living at its finest in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Cape Coral. You will enjoy every minute of your vacation in this home.
The owner has upgraded the TV's recently so we have the main living room and lanai TV hooked up to Cable & Roku. Then the Master bedroom, 1 downstairs bedroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms that have TV's with Roku & HD antennas to get basic channels. Roku allows you to be able watch your own netflix accounts on any of the TV's! If you have any questions please just ask.
We have fishing poles, bikes, kayaks, cooler, beach equipment, some pool floats, beach towels and more! Ask questions if you have them!
